Today we get a taste of another lovely benchmark, but with a twist. You’ll be doing the snatch weight at a percentage you can handle! Some of you may be heavier than the standard RX weight, some of you may be lower, but either way it should allow you to go hard and hit the stimulus of what we want. If you’re unsure, watch the video below. This was way back in the day too, but as you can see speed is your friend here. But it’s not so much that they are going so fast they cannot control them selves. It’s more of the fact that they are very efficient in the movement. Notice how the bar stays close and it’s quick and fast, those are things we want to see! Have fun!
