  • It’s a new month! That means new goals on the goal board!!

Good podcast to listen to! I always like listening to this kind of stuff. Hearing old school stories about crossfit it pretty awesome, at least to me! The CrossFit Podcast is always a good one to keep in your phone and listen to when you can. Solid information always being brought out by these guys! There might be some swearing, i’m not for sure but I would assume theres a little bit! Enjoy!
