This has been a couple years ago but when you’re told to do more dumbbells, then you do more dumbbells. Lucky for us we’ve been doing them for quite some time. We already know that dumbbells will be in the open, but what movement is your guess? Could it be a dreaded thruster this year? Let’s hope not
