  • Barbell club is Saturday 7 AM! Reminder the cost is 20$ per month.

It’s back again. Some people love these days, others hate them. The goal should be the same as it was last week. Move as well as possible, only add weight if form is perfect. So many people are in a rush to add weight, if you add weight and instantly have bad form, that’s a sign to lower the weight, work on technique, and over time you’ll be able to build and build and keep form pretty. The goal is to be better for years and years to come, not just PR once and never again.
