Some of you may feel this way after 18.4.  Make sure you are taking care of yourself! These 5 weeks are brutal with intensity.

For those of you thinking about redoing 18.4 maybe watch the video and listen to what Max has to say about redoing and approaching this workout. As many of you might have noticed, the HSPU standard is tough, you have to make sure your reps are legit. And you also have to understand who you are as an athlete. Even if you want to do 7/7/7 on the HSPU, if you’re not capable of that or if doing 7 unbroken is going to make you start failing the next 14 reps then you need to have a different approach. Understand what you did wrong on Friday and fix the problem. Don’t go into the workout with the same game plan expecting a different result. That’s called insanity. Other then that have fun!

It was Aaron Croft’s birthday Saturday. If you see him wish him a happy belated one! It is also Tausha’s birthday today! If you see her wish her a happy one! She’s the main reason this gym keeps on running! She puts forth a lot of effort to help us keep this gym making people healthier!
