Going below parallel and making it heavy today. The video below has some great details to take into you movement. I know that it might seem boring to watch a front squat video. You might even be thinking you move well enough in the front squat that you don’t need to try and improve how you move. But keep in mind you might’ve thought that before the open, and then when you started to get all these no reps maybe it changed your mind a little?? Maybe that happened or maybe it didn’t, but either way the goal is to always improve. Even the games athletes don’t move perfectly, so there is always room to grow.
