  • Barbell club is Monday 4 PM! Reminder the cost is 20$ per month.

One last go at it if you want it? Do you want to redo? If you do hopefully you will have a better strategy and you BELIEVE you can improve! If the belief isn’t there then when it gets painful you’ll slow down! For some of you the open for 2018 has now ended and that is just fine! In the coming days i’ll post a video with some thoughts of what you guys can do and how to attack the rest of 2018 so the 2019 open is even better!

The rest of this week will be a deload week like we always do. You for sure need it after 5 weeks of stress, anxiety, and pushing yourself harder then you normally would go. With that being said if you are feeling burnt out and don’t really feel up to go to the gym, then let this week be the week you take it easy. Sleep in if you’d like, you don’t want to feel sick and tired of coming to the gym. Another thing I would strongly encourage and treating yourself for the 5 weeks! I know that we’ve done Friday Night Lights and there is always some good food, but maybe take this week and treat yourself more then you normally would. It’s okay every now and then, and after doing the open your body needs to recover and not stress so much!

Reward yourself for the hard work you put in. Monday will be somewhat like the open workout as far as movement wise and then the rest of the week will be laid back. We tried not to put in a barbell so you guys can really let yourself recover a bit. And who knew you could get fit without a barbell?? Crazy isn’t it.

Also take the extra time this week to recover better. Get some more sleep, roll out more, stretch more, take a nice salt bath, whatever you want to do that will help you out!
