Today we do kind of a benchmark. The normal “Nicole” is 20 AMRAP of 400m run and max pullups (kipping). Now if you did that workout most people are freaking destroyed for days (can you say rhambdo??). So we won’t be doing exactly that workout. But it will be a mixture of that. I believe the video below was the “start” of the crossfit podcast. I think she tells the story of the workout she did and how it got the name “Nicole”. Sounds brutal. Gotta love the early days of crossfit!
