I already know running maybe isn’t a favorite for some. But that’s maybe why you need it. But today isn’t what we would call “running”. Today we want SPRINTING. Now this means max effort speed on every run. This might blow up in your face to where you don’t go as fast as when you started. That’s okay, don’t worry about trying to hold the same splits for each run. If you do hold the same awesome, if you don’t who cares. The goal is to run as hard as you can. As long as you do that whether the numbers stay close or go far away you will get the benefit of today’s session. Below are some videos that might help with sprinting a bit. Just some things to think about when running. Most don’t think about these things and although they may seem stupid and zero help, could make a difference.
