The aged old question. Before you did CrossFit or probably when you first started working out you might have had people asking you “How much you bench?”. At least they asked Kacey Comer that :). Today we get to do some heavy lifting it in. We don’t see this all the time, but according to Dave Castro apparently bench might be in Regionals this year?? Who know’s if it’s true or if he’s just messing with people. But either way it’s always good to come back to some benching.

Remember pressing is pressing. If I improve on my bench, that means I should be improving on anything that is pressing (HSPU, dips, pushups, etc). And if you need some tips to help with the bench watch below and learn something new!
