Time to work on that pesky gymnastic skill that everyone wants to master. The muscle up. Some are close, some not so much. Either way you can always spend time working on the basic’s. As Greg Glassman has said “Stick to the basics and when you feel you’ve mastered them, it’s time to start all over again, begin anew, again with the basics, this time paying closer attention.”
No one is too good for the basics. So listen and try and take something away from today. Maybe something you can use in the future, or maybe something you can use today to help you with muscle ups!
