BOX BRIEF

  • Barbell club is Monday 4 PM! Reminder the cost is 20$ per month.
  • It’s a new month, that means new goals on the goal board!

Another Friday, another Hero workout. Sad that there is so many, but happy that we can pay our respects by hitting it hard. The reps are high on this one, be smart about how you approach it. Smaller sets and reps might be the way to go instead of going for it out the gate.

But then again it is a hero workout, and sometimes to best show you appreciation you have to suffer in the suck for awhile, so maybe it’s worth it to go out hard and hold on? The choice is yours. Either way, be grateful for what we have each day!

Today is Jason Jacobsen’s birthday. If you see him wish him a happy one!
