Love old school stuff like this. This guy was one of the first ones around doing crossfit! Pretty cool story, even more cool realizing where it started and where it is today!

Today’s goal is to go fast! Take some chances! Maybe go out a little too hot, it never hurt anyone! Push the pace and try and hold on!
