Hope everyone’s Monday was amazing! Can’t think of a better way to start the week than to get into the gym and hit it hard!

If yesterday was all the barbell’s today we have no barbells! Yes, you can still get fit without a barbell, crazy to think! Today maybe try something new on the bike. If you’re a person who just goes at a moderate pace the whole time, maybe try some intervals today. Try going hard for :10 and moderate for :50, maybe :30 pretty tough and :30 easy, mix it up. See if it helps or hurts you, play around with new ideas! This is what training is all about! And if you need some motivation or you’re bored, a new Road to the Games is out!
