Today we have a movement most of you probably dread. Most of the dread comes from the lack of mobility. This is the most difficult squat there is, add in some stiffness and it makes it a whole different world. Try and take the challenge today to get better every single lift. Every single rep try to make your form perfect. If you want to get better, you have to move better. If you just rack on the weight and don’t care about how you move you’ll never get there. That’s like wanting to learn the piano but slamming on the keys always and never caring about how to play. Same thing. Focus on the effort of moving well. If that means you can’t add weight, then don’t! I promise you will improve quicker than you think! And if all else fails, maybe start adding in this video as maybe a warm up 1-2 times a week
