Just so everyone is aware, if you plan on doing our Hero fundraiser at the fair, today is the deadline. So please sign up and support a good cause! It will be a great time and great memories. So if you’re waiting till the last minute make sure you sign up!
Today we get to hit a retest. One of our gym benchmarks. We usually do this at least once a year. This is a great test of your capacity. It’s just straight go and get the work done. Have a strategy going into this. Do you know a good row pace? A good run pace? Are you a better runner or rower? What were your paces last time? Are you going to start slow and get faster or just go out hot and try and hold on? Think about these questions and come up with a plan that works for you and then get after this workout! Can anyone go sub 20 minutes?? We’ll soon find out!
