Well if you guys haven’t heard yet, it’s a deload week. Meaning we’re backing off of the barbell for a week and letting you guys recover. So use this week to take care of any issues you have! Do some more mobility, get a massage, talk a salt bath, get some extra sleep, whatever you can do to help you kind of reset and restart yourself to feel a little better!
Along with it being a deload week it’s also a brand new month. So we need goals on the goal board. Hopefully by watching the games it can inspire you guys to want to work towards those goals. Come up with something that is achievable in 30 days. Remember small goals equal big goals. So if I want to gain 50 pounds on my back squat, I have to gain 10 pounds on it first. Don’t run before you can walk. Be patient and take small steps and you will achieve your goals! So get them up there and start working on them!
Today is also bring a friend day! So all classes are free to try! Call some friends up, text them, whatever and come have some fun! Lets see some new faces in here, and we need your help to do it so help us out!
