The games have come and gone. Same winners as last year, and sadly it wasn’t nearly as exciting in my option. Both male and female one by a pretty good margin. At least the tie for 3rd place on the men’s side kept it a bit interesting!
Hopefully you guys are starting to recover from the fair workouts. I know most of you are a bit beat up still, but maybe the video below can help bring some motivation??
