Those Labor Day vibes


  • Here is the schedule for Labor Day weekend and Labor Day. Sorry for the inconvenience! All the coaches will be out of town! So we will not be having class on Saturday or Monday! But we will post some workouts you can do at the track if you’d like! We’ll have some options for you guys! Sorry again!

Just reminding everyone that there will be no classes on Saturday or on Monday! We will have some workouts posted here you can do if you’d like. But remember it is Labor Day weekend, no shame in going outside with family and being active! Go on a hike, go fishing, grab some 4 wheelers and have some fun! That’s why they invented holidays, so we can take advantage and make some memories!

If you end up being around and you want to get a workout in, here is a couple below that you can play around with if you’d like!

A. 10 rounds for time:
10 Pushup, 10 Situp, 10 Air Squat
B. For time:
400m Walking Lunge
C. 4 rounds for time:
400m Run
21 Burpees
D. Tabata
Run for distance
Rest 1:00
Rest 1:00
Run for distance
Rest 1:00
*Tabata is :20 of work followed by :10 of rest repeated for 8 intervals.
E. Find a steep hill. Sprint up it as fast as you can for 20 seconds. Walk/jog back down. Do this on the minute, every minute, for 20 minutes.
F. For time:
50 Handstand Pushups
100 Burpees
150 Walking Lunge steps
