So quite a few people have asked us and we finally have a date squared away for a nutrition challenge. We will be starting one September 24th and it will go 8 weeks. It will finish November 19th. It will be just before Thanksgiving so you guys will still be able to enjoy holidays! We will most likely have a meeting before we kick this challenge off going over nutrition detail, price, how we will score this and any other questions you guys will have. Stay tuned for the meeting but just mark it on your calendars! We’ll keep you guys up to date.
It’s been crazy the last couple months, but we are back on track with our Member of the Month! This month is Justin Rees! Justin has been one of our longer members here at CrossFit Unknown! He is always willing to help out and always puts in the effort and shows up, even with the stresses of running a business! Not to mention trying to drag in the coworkers to get their workout in as well!
