Today we get to play around with something new. Most of you guys have played around with handstands, whether we do them in workouts with handstand pushups, or whether we’re just doing handstand holds. Today we want to challenge you a bit with some other options. Just think that it all has a purpose. If I can become better at balancing on my hands, then walking on my hands should be no problem. If I can balance on my hands, then I should have no problem on a wall or doing handstand pushups. It is all connected together!
