We’ve already made a post about the Halloween throwdown, but just wanted to remind everyone about it! We’d love to get as much participation as possible. This is for anyone and everyone! All the information you should’ve seen around the gym by now, but you can also click the link in this post and it’ll give you more of the details. Also we will be releasing the workouts tomorrow, so that should help you see how we are going to structure this bad boy!
Like we said we’ll treat it like the open, meaning we’ll eat some good food after, potluck style and just hang out. And before you even ask, no you won’t get docked any points if you eat some bad food for the throwdown. But we hope all of you will sign up, like we said this is replacing on “In House Competition” we did last summer. It should still be just as fun! Halloween Throwdown is happening October 27th.
