Friday is here, and it’s time to party! But before we do the partying we have some fitness to take care of! Like most of you know, it’s a Deload week, but that doesn’t stop us from doing some benchmarks does it?

This week will be a bit different, we are doing some benchmark workouts, but we’ve mixed them up a bit. Should still make it pretty fun, and once again you’ll find out you don’t always need a barbell to get in great shape!
