What was your first day of CrossFit like? Do you remember the workout?

One of my first workouts was the bear complex. It was rough. I liked
coming to cross-fit from the beginning, although it was definitely
intimidating.

What is your favorite cheat meal?

Something Mexican

What keeps you coming to CFU everyday?

The people! And I like the feeling of accomplishment after completing a

difficult WOD.

What is your biggest accomplishment?

My family

It’s a zombie apocalypse. What are the three things you are taking from your house?

Clothes, food and pictures

What’s your favorite flavor of Starburst?

None, yuck!

Favorite workout?

Anything with a barbell, except for deadlifts.

Least favorite workout?

Handstand pushups

Favorite breakfast cereal growing up?

That’s a hard one, I have no idea!

What movie title would you use to describe your life?

Inside Out

What are two truths and a lie about you?

I was proposed to in a hot air balloon.
My dog’s name is Max.
Tangled is my favorite movie.
