This is what we will be doing for all of 2019. You guys are the backbone of this gym. One way we want to reward you guys for bringing in new members is in the video below. Word of mouth is more powerful than any ad we could provide. We are grateful for you guys and we appreciate you getting the word out about this gym and hope that continues to happen. We talk about this all the time, but if you’re a person who pulls early on the snatch or clean, then chances are you are the person who will pull early on the high pull as well. Well don’t be that person! Strive to be better, use your legs and hips, don’t try and muscle everything. Just like we talked about earlier in the week, fixing your movements patterns will pay off in the long run!
