The nutrition challenge starts today! All the info is in the link above. Make sure this week you get your pictures taken and measurements done. If you want to do the InBody (body fat test), Matt will be here again 4:30pm on Tuesday night so make sure you show up for that. For those of you that had some questions about the zone and some more explanation the video below hopefully will help.

Keep in mind that today’s workout is something we will retest at the end of the nutrition challenge! So make sure you record your scores!

I tried my best to make more sense of it but who knows if it worked? If you have questions make sure you ask a coach or ask in the facebook group since it will be posted there as well. Here’s to another 8 week challenge! Hope you guys are ready to crush it! If you need a partner make sure you tell a coach and we’ll find one for you.
