Bring a Friend Day is this Thursday! All classes are free to try!

Make sure if you are doing the nutrition challenge you get your measurements taken and your pictures as well (front, side, back). We also have Matt coming for the InBody (body fat test) at 4:30 pm today so make sure if you want to get that done you show up a bit early to class. I believe he will be here for about an hour or so.

If you haven’t gotten one at the gym is a point sheet to keep track of your points for the challenge. We will hang them up at the gym and you will do it there. Make sure you grab one if you haven’t yet!

5 Deadlift @ 70% of heaviest 2 rep
5-10 Strict Handstand Pushup (add deficit if need to)
