It’s a new month, we need new goals on the goal board!
The video probably relates to alot of you. And to be honest, the dude in the video actually has pretty decent mobility. That should surprise you that even with his already decent mobility, Burgener is still saying he has bad mobility.
Maybe do this test for yourself. If you feel you’re just like him, work on mobility. One thing to keep in mind, lacrosse balls and bands have their purpose. But if you struggle in lets say an OHS. Spend time in that position. Grab an empty barbell, spend 2 minutes there, 45# too heavy? Grab a 15# or heck even a PVC pipe. Film yourself or have someone watch you. Fight for pretty positions, overtime it will get better. Don’t over complicate the problem. Simple is the way to go
