Just a reminder the food for the Friday Night Lights is Homemade pizza! Make sure you have signed up for a heat time as well to make it easier for the judges to know how many need to be here!
Remember, just another workout. Don’t overthink it. Embrace the pain and accept the fact that it will hurt. Don’t be scared by it or shocked. Be okay with it. We chose to come workout, knowing what the workout was going to be, so don’t be a baby about it. Accept it and thrive in it. Still to your game plan. Do what you would if it was just a normal workout that I posted yesterday. Don’t try something you would never do. Stick to who you are and you’ll be just fine!
