Gymnastics is this Wednesday at 7 pm!

Hopefully some of you were able to get some PR’s for the back squat! Hopefully those 8 weeks of lifting paid off! If you did get a PR make sure you write them down on the PR board!

We have been reminding people to write a 30 day goal on the goal board. Last couple month have been pretty small with the names on the whiteboard. We encourage everyone to write down a goal. Sometimes the goal is exactly what we need to get that little extra push. So many people can just float through working out or even day to day lift without much of a goal. Will they get to where they’re heading, chances are yes. Chances are also if they would’ve had a goal or something to strive for they would’ve gotten there a lot quicker! So take some time and write down a goal or 2, one that you’ll actually work on! And listen to the podcast below and what a good goal consists of, as much as people love writing “lose 5 lbs”. Doesn’t really describe how you’re going to achieve that goal.
