It’s a new month, we need new goals on the goal board!

Not a new movement today but one we don’t do that often. It’s name is pretty fitting for how tough it can be. The goal here is to pick a weight you know you can handle. Your coach will give you some tips to help you along the way but just remember to treat it like a kettlebell swings. Use your legs and hips to help get that weight overhead and it will make your life lots easier! Good luck and have fun!
