I’ve been meaning to do this video for awhile and I’ve had quite a few people ask me how to get better if they suck at something. This is my opinion on what you should do, and I truly believe it will work for you.

This will help avoid that “burnout” feeling we hear so many people talk about. I hear it all the time that people look at the workout and don’t want to do it so they stay in bed. First of all, you do a lot of things in life you don’t want to, welcome to the real world, you might as well practice doing things you don’t want to. Second, people may not want to show up because they don’t feel like pushing it on that day. Like we always say, not every day has to be PR day.

Watch the video and start putting this into your training, I will bet almost anything that you will start to improve.
