Hopefully you all had a wonderful holiday and you’re ready to get back to work. We have a retest on the menu today. Not a barbell in sight, and you get rest in between rounds, so no excuse not to go hard.

Love the old-school videos. No pacing, no strategy, just go all out from round 1 and see how far you can go. Doing this everyday probably isn’t the smartest thing to do, but it is good to play around with once a week or so. Sometimes going out a little harder than you normally do is good for you. Try it out on this workout. How fast can you go? Can you stay unbroken the whole time? Where can you push the pace? Should be a fun one!
