Reminder that gymnastics is tonight at 7 pm! We’d love to see some people show up, remember the open is around the corner, and they love gymnastic movements!

We are going to try and do stuff like this on a weekly basis. If there is any topics you’d like us to go over, please let us know and we’ll address them. The whole point is for this to be a quick tip of the week. Something that might help you in day to day life, whether movement tips, thought process, mental approach, nutrition, recovery, etc. If there is things you want us to address please let us know!
