Hopefully your weekend was full of good times and some good laughs. It’s Monday again and time to get back at it!

As many of you might have heard, we will be doing a nutrition challenge coming up. More info on that will be posted tomorrow.

Today’s post is reminding you guys to sign up for the CrossFit Games Open by clicking the link in the “reminder”. It’s literally 10 days away, so hopefully you guys are ready to attack and hit it hard!

With the open coming this Fall, we have decided to change some things up. We posted about this on Facebook and have decided that instead of doing “Friday Night Lights” we will be doing the Open workouts on Saturday morning. With football happening on Friday’s and quite of few of you either having kids or going to the game it seems right to just do it on Saturdays. And should also be fun to mix it up a bit.

As far as doing them on Saturday, not much will change. We will still have a sign up sheet as well as a food sheet to sign up for as well. We will start the first heat at 8 am, just like we normally would for our classes on Saturdays. We will be open earlier for those of you that need to warm up and then we’ll hit it. We will also have food (of course) and we will have breakfast themes for the 5 weeks of workouts. Should be fun to mix it up and hopefully we can see all of you either hitting the workouts or coming to show support.
