Like we stated yesterday, we have a nutrition challenge coming up. Yes it will go on during the open but that is part of life. All the info will be attached in a link that I hope you will all read.

If you want to ask me questions, read the link, if it’s not in the link then you can ask but I can bet it will probably be answered on the link so read it!

This challenge will be 6 weeks long, finished the Monday of Thanksgiving week. Here’s the main details:

Challenge will be in teams of 2. We haven’t decided if we are going to pick your partners or let you guys pick. We will let you know when the time comes.

STARTS- October 14th
ENDS- November 25th
COST- 30$ per person
MEASUREMENTS- Just like normal, these must be done by the 1st week of the challenge. If you do not want to pay for the bodyfat test you do not have to, but must send pictures if you want to be in the running to be a winner

PALEO CHALLENGE RULES

Eat Meat and Vegetables, Some Nuts and Fruit, Little Starch, and…

NO PROCESSED FOODS

This is not a weight loss challenge – it is a challenge to better our health and wellness, through eating only the best foods out there.

Will we see a loss of body fat during this challenge? Absolutely!

However that is simply a result of becoming healthier, by eating the way food was meant to be consumed… in it’s natural, unaltered state.

Real food grows in the wild – the way nature intended. “Food-stuffs” are man-made creations that may resemble food, but are truly not. We’re dropping that from our diets.

If you can’t hunt or gather it in the wild, it’s not something you should be eating.

(You won’t find a box of Chex Mix growing from a tree)
