Reminding you all that gymnastics is tonight at 7 pm! Hope to see some of you there. We’re down to do whatever you guys want to do. If there is a movement you struggle with that might come up in the open then come show up and put in some work!

The video we have posted a couple times, but it’s always good for a refresher. It’s a new month, meaning we need some new goals on the goal board. The video below talks about the best way to approach new goals. In the coming months we might mix it up and do something different and make the goals longer than 1 month, for the rest of this year we will keep them to just 1 month goals.

Most people have a hard time figuring out what to pick for their goal. This month should be simple. The open will be going on. So that can be your main focus for the goals. You also have a nutrition challenge going on, that could be another focus for your goals. So you have some things you can focus on, now you just need to figure out good goals.

Is there a movement you want to do in the open? Maybe you want to RX a workout? Maybe you want to RX all the workouts? Maybe you want to finish underneath the time cap for all workouts? Maybe you want to eat more veggies? Maybe you want to not have any cheats during the challenge? Maybe just 1 cheat a week? There are a million options for goals, but think deeply about one and then fight to stick to it. And watch the video below!
