David S. Moore

  • It’s a new month. Our monthly focus is on gymnastic strength. Come up with a goal that is centered around gymnastic work!
  • This will be a deload week for the gym. Take the extra time to work on mobility or whatever is needed. Keep in mind you should have a goal up on the goal board, if not get to it!

Happy 244th Birthday Marines! Today we honor Veterans Day. We will be doing a Hero Workout in honor of those who risked their lives. As always with hero workouts, they are extra special. Maybe think of someone you know who served, or maybe think of things you’re grateful for that came because of you having the freedom that you have.

Whatever it is, try and give a little extra for today’s workout. And the video below might give you a little extra push you might need as well! Here’s to starting off Monday right!
