- It’s a new month, we need goals on the goal board! This month we want you to think of a goal OUTSIDE of the gym to better yourself

This is an older video but still a good one. Some quick easy stuff you can do at home if you have a band or even just some lacrosse balls. This is something that might need to be done after Monday’s workout and you need some recovery! We’ll avoid some heavy pulling for a few days to give you guys a break!
