  • Monthly Challenge is accumulating 600 pushups this month! Pushups in workouts count as well. That’s only around 20 pushups a day!
  • It’s a new month, we need goals on the goal board! This month we want you to think of a goal OUTSIDE of the gym to better yourself

Dave Castro is very misunderstood, but I believe he’s hated more than he should be. I don’t think people understood how much Castro did for CrossFit until Greg Glassman took away his open announcements and all that.

I believe everything Castro does is to make CrossFit better. Like he says in this, regardless if people like the decision or not, if they agree with him or not, he will do what is best for the sport. I think we take that for granted. He’s just a normal guy, that now thousands of people hate because he makes them do hard things. Got the short end of that stick I guess!
