  • We will be having our annual Rees Pit Party on Saturday August 29th. From 3 till dark. We’ll have a sign up sheet for food. We’ll be cooking hamburgers and hotdogs. Hope to see you there!

We’ll be doing Hero WOD’s on Friday’s for the next 8-10 weeks. We’ve done this in the past and people loved them so we’re bring them back again!

It’s always nice to hit some of these workouts. Most of these have some things you don’t normally see in workouts, which spices it up a bit. It’s also nice to hit them because we don’t normally do them. Everyone always knows about the girl workouts and “Murph” but nothing more than that so it’s nice to always hit these and show our respect.

As always with hero workouts, hit them hard. Remember why we’re doing them, push a bit more if you can and stay in the suck a little longer!

**Officer David S. Moore, 29, of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, died on January 26, 2011 from gunshot wounds suffered on January 23, 2011 when he stopped a stolen vehicle and the driver opened fire at him. He is survived by his mother Jo Ann, father Spencer, and sister Carol Bongfeldt.
