REMINDER

  • It’s a new month, we need new goals on the goal board!

We will post more info about what kind of challenge we will be doing an all that next week. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up on the dates so you can get ready for it!

We will be starting a nutrition challenge on Monday September 28th. The challenge will last 8 weeks long. We will be done on November 23rd, so right before thanksgiving. Like we have always done. This challenge will be different than what we did in the spring. We like to vary it up to see what works best for people!

We will have more info next week on the type of challenge and all that. Just mark those dates on your calendar. Almost everyone needs a reset and to be held accountable. You should be doing something like this at least once a year. Especially, if you feel you can improve on some areas. Nothing holds you more accountable then a challenge with money on the line. So try and join in!
