Hopefully everyone is ready to get back on track! Last week was a little crazy with Labor Day and not to mention an insane wind storm, power outage, broken trees and fences and more chaos!

Still rolling with nutrition stuff on Monday’s. This podcast has some good information in here. Just trying to simplify nutrition. At the end of the day the template or style of nutrition (paleo, macro’s, etc) you decide to pick depends on what will be easiest for you. Something that is simple for you to follow and stick with will have the most impact in your health, and the most progress as well.
