The video below is just a quick brief on what we’ll be doing for the Nutrition Challenge. I tried to make it simple a short.

The google document attached HERE has more in depth of everything you need to know for the challenge. How you can gain and lose points, what you can and can’t eat, how to get bonus points, etc.

We like to switch up the challenges each time, like we always say one size doesn’t fit all. You need to find a method that works for you so you can maintain in for LIFE, not just a couple of months.

Once again this will start September 28th and go until November 23rd. Find a partner and get ready for it!
