Another Friday is here, means it’s time for another hero workout.

This one looks like it’s a lot of stuff and will take forever, but honestly it’s pretty quick out the gate, the last couple movements it was holds you back but you get through the first couple pretty fast.

Remember, with it being a hero workout, try to push a little harder, even if you get a slower score. Maybe shoot for a bigger set of pullups then you’d like or bigger set of wallballs, something to make you grind a little bit more to show your appreciation. Have fun!

**Lieutenant Andrew Richard Nuttall, 30, from the 1st Battalion Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry (1 PPCLI), based in Edmonton, Alberta, serving as a member of the 1 PPCLI Battle Group was killed by an improvised explosive device that detonated during a joint foot patrol near the village of Nakhonay in Panjwaii District, about 25 km southwest of Kandahar City on December 23, 2009. He is survived by his parents, Richard and Ethel Jane Nuttall.
