Back at it with the CrossFit Games workout. We mixed this one up a bit , 275/185 seemed like to heavy of a clean for general pop, so we simmered it down a bit. It should still pack quite a punch. The goal should still be seeing if you can beat Fraser or Toomey!

Video #3 for the Zone. If you’re on the road or looking at the ingredient list, this is a great way to figure out your “blocks” and make it easy on yourself. This also works well for recipes as well. Make your life simple, remember you don’t have to eat boring to be healthy!
