Growing up in the 80’s, which had the best rock music, I know I had the hair for it!!

How long have you been with us at CrossFit Unknown, and tell us about your first experience or workout.

I started in February 2019. It was a “bring a friend day” workout. I thought it was so fun. I used to see those “crazy crossfitters” running around, and now I am one of them! I love it.

Give us a fun fact that we don’t know about you. Until now.

I was on the Ballroom Dance Team at Ricks College. Aka: BYU-Idaho

You’re about to be featured on the Food Network for a single dish. What would it be?

I’ve been told my Grilled Cedar Plank Teriyaki Salmon is pretty good.

It’s a zombie apocalypse. What are the three things you are taking from your house?

The essentials, of course: My curling iron, thyroid pills and my chapstick.

Would you rather own a ski lodge, or a surfing camp? Why?

I grew up skiing, so I’ll go with the ski lodge. #Istinkatsurfing

Favorite TV show you’re watching right now?

Tucker Carlson. I’m a news fanatic.

What keeps you coming to CF everyday?

The 9 am “mom” class has fun people and I have made many friends. The
coaches are all great and I enjoy completing a workout even if I’m the slowest!

What is your biggest accomplishment?

Raising my family. They bring me a lot of joy!

Would you rather complete a workout without drinking water or without eating food all day?

No 3rd option? I would go without food. I have to have my water!!
