Okay we’ve got the winners for the nutrition challenge. Congrats to all of you that completed the challenge! I know it was rough at times with covid going on and people being in quarantine or what have you, but you guys stuck with it and that’s what we like to see!

Before we announce the winners, we had some pretty awesome results! There was probably about 10 people who didn’t get remeasured (what the crap?!), but despite that, as a group you lost a total of 160 1/4 inches! That’s over 13 feet! That’s quite a bit if you ask me so awesome job to you guys!

Okay now the winners. For points we have Tara Hammer and Danielle Clayton as the winner. These 2 ladies also won the most inches lost with a combined total of 31 3/4 inches lost! But since they won points, we will give it to the 2nd place for inches!

In 2nd place with a combine total of 31 1/2 inches lost is Jeremy and Kristina Morley!

Congrats to these 2 teams on winner! We’ll get you guys your prize money!

Once again to congrats to all of you that did the challenge. Hopefully you found some things that work for you and that you can takeaway. Keep in mind the idea is to make long lasting changes, not something for 8 weeks and then fall off the wagon. Find things that work for you and stick with them for a lifestyle change!
