Hitting up a benchmark today, but with a twist. Normal “Cindy” is 20 AMRAP of 5 pullup, 10 pushups, 15 air squats. We’re spicing it up with “Cindy XXX”

Cool to see how they compare, if you finish all of “Cindy XXX” is the same amount of reps as if you did 20 rounds of “Cindy” so pretty cool to compare and see the difference between those 2 scores. Should be a fun one!
