Running to the new year like…

  • Holiday schedule for this week:
  • Monday-Wednesday will be normal schedule.
  • Thursday only 1 class at 8 AM.
  • Friday No Classes.
  • Saturday normal classes

Just a reminder that the schedule this week will be just like last week. Monday-Wednesday is normal. Thursday 1 class at 8 AM. Friday closed. Saturday normal!

Doing a little retest today! This was one of the first workouts we did in 2020, so it’s always nice to get a retest at the end of the year and see how well we do!

Some fun little sprints with short rest between them. 4 AMRAP’s for the 4 seasons each year, and of course the reps had to be 2020. Enjoy them and here’s to 2021!

Also a little something to maybe get you in the mood for the new year. Very respectable that this guy did this for his clients just to see how difficult it is. But remember, just because it’s hard doesn’t mean that it’s not worth it. Hard things are sometime what we need the most in life!
